faq

Is everything made to order?

Yes. There is no held stock. Production begins after your payment is confirmed and runs in small batches alongside the rest of the collection. Plan for 15–20 working days from order to dispatch, plus delivery.

How is sizing run?

Sizing follows European measurements. Each product page lists garment measurements taken flat. If you sit between two sizes, write to info@berbeccorp.com with your usual fit and we will advise — we would rather hold an order than ship the wrong size.

What materials do you use?

Leather, technical textiles, wool and cotton, sourced primarily from European mills and tanneries. Each product page lists the composition and country of origin. Surface treatments — distressing, coating, controlled wear — are applied in-house and will vary slightly piece to piece.

How should I care for my pieces?

Care instructions live on the inside label and on the product page. As a rule: spot clean before laundering, dry flat away from direct heat, and trust a specialist for anything with leather, distressing or technical coating.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Email info@berbeccorp.com with your order number. After production has started the order is locked.

What is your return policy on made-to-order pieces?

Made-to-order pieces are still covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers; the piece must come back unworn, with tags. See the Refund Policy for the full process. We do not accept returns on bespoke alterations.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. Write to info@berbeccorp.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Manufacturing defects within the first six months are repaired free; wear-and-tear repairs are quoted case by case.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide from France. Duties and taxes outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility — these are calculated at checkout where the destination allows, otherwise billed by the carrier on delivery.
